College dropout is not merely a consequence of individual motivation; it is deeply intertwined with institutional support systems and the broader university environment. My research focuses on factors influencing students’ adjustment to college life and learning persistence, with particular attention to the role of teaching and learning support and educational performance management. Through this work, I aim to connect university-level dropout prevention strategies with CQI-based educational performance management and performance-based teaching and learning support systems in higher education.
